Rates
$225- For 55- minute couples session, & $38 per each additional 10 minutes
$337- For 90-minute couples session, $38 per each additional 10 minutes
$170- For 55-minute for out of network individual sessions, & $30 per each additional 10 minutes
Very limited sliding scale rates (if available).
Insurance
Couples sessions – Self-pay only, no insurance accepted.
Individual sessions- May be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. I am a provider for the following plans:
- Aetna
- Kaiser Permanente
- United Healthcare
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
How much is my co-pay?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, Credit Card (3% administrative fee will be added to the fee per credit card charge), and checks.
Cancellation Policy
Twenty four hour cancellation prior to the appointment is required. Late cancellation or no-show fees apply, and these fees are client’s responsibility.
